Enquiries submitted through the website are responded to during business hours. Psychological services are provided via telehealth only and are subject to the practice’s intake process, fees, and service agreement, which are provided separately to clients.

Books purchased through this website are processed securely by Stripe.
- Pricing: Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Postage and handling are charged at the flat rate shown at checkout.
- Delivery: Orders are shipped within Australia only via Australia Post, typically dispatched within 5 business days.
- Consumer guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your book arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@michaelplayerpsychology.com.au, and we will replace it or refund you, including reasonable return postage where applicable.
- Change of mind: As the book is a low-value physical good, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once an order has been dispatched, except as required by law.
